Roepke signs to play for the Richmond Generals of the USPHL.

NWAHA’s very own Tyler Roepke has just recently signed a contract to play for the Richmond Generals of the USPHL. The USPHL (U.S. Premier Hockey League) is a league geared towards D1 Collegiate Development placement. Tyler’s goal is to play college hockey and this forthcoming season with the Generals will be the ideal setting in which he can put his skills on display. Tyler’s NWAHA career started back in 2011. His style can best be described as a “power forward” combining both finesse and physicality. One of his former Coaches, John Nettle, refers to Tyler as a combination of Brad Marchand and Joe Pavelski. Tyler’s favorite memories include the friendships and good times of being with his Ice Hog teammates. Tyler fondly says “we are truly a family and I’ll forever be grateful to all those who supported me and my family for so many great years.”
